If a digital product has not yet been delivered or activated, you may request cancellation and a refund by contacting us. If a supplied digital product is invalid, materially not as described, or cannot be delivered as agreed, contact us promptly so we can provide a replacement, technical resolution or, where appropriate, a refund.

Once a digital product has been successfully delivered, activated or accessed, refund eligibility may be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not affect any mandatory statutory consumer rights.

Orders may be cancelled before digital fulfilment begins. For software-related services, cancellation terms depend on whether work has started and on the agreed project scope. Any non-refundable work or costs will be communicated before payment where applicable.
